Exchange Only Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if there has been a wrong shipment or error, and evidence is provided.
Exchange Conditions
Exchanges are only applicable under the following conditions:

The item received is incorrect or defective.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Evidence (photo/video) of the issue must be shared within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request an Exchange
If your item meets the conditions mentioned above, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing littlejahan.pk@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos or videos of the wrong or defective item.

Exchange Process: Once verified, we will arrange an exchange. Shipping for replacement items will be free in case of our error.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
Please note that the following items are ineligible for return or exchange:

Customized or personalized items (e.g., name prints, made-to-order items).

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer.

Items requested for exchange after 7 days of delivery.

Minor color or style differences due to lighting or screen settings.
